EXPLORER VENTURE VIRTUAL SHOWCASE

The program consisted of a Plenary for the first hour, followed by 12 live Zoom Team Showcase Rooms .
The rooms opened (all in parallel) immediately after the Plenary concluded, for the audience to visit at their leisure.

On the day of the Showcase, after the Plenary Session:
Participating teams answered questions from all interested attendees for a two-hour period following the Plenary. Each team had a Live Zoom Team Showcase Room during which a 5 minute live pitch happened every 15 mins followed by open discussion during the remaining times. The rooms were all open in parallel, so audience members could jump back and forth between rooms they were interested in. Each room had a moderator and breakout rooms were available for more private discussions with the teams.
